Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Unicoi and a long-time vendor with Jonesborough Locally Grown, Farmhouse Gallery and Gardens is home to Peacock Artisan Breads. Pat specializes in various kinds of sourdough breads as well as granola bars, muffins, and other baked goods. Johnny, Pat’s husband, raises a garden every year - if they have any extra after preserving, you’ll find their delicious heirloom tomatoes, green beans, and okra. Their son, Robin, is a blacksmith that works on a coal forge, making anything from hooks to triangles to steak flippers. In addition to bread and veggies, they raise a few chickens for eggs and bison on their 75 acres. Hopefully in 2023, they’ll be able to offer bison meat - a rare treat in East Tennessee!

Pat, Johnny, and Robin’s generosity cannot go unmentioned. Several times, they have offered their event venue to host our events, including the Fall 2022 100 Mile Dinner and April 2023 Market and Mingle.
